Our sourcing fees vary depending on the services required but typically range between 2-3% of the property purchase price.

Our deals are sent to our investor list on a weekly basis. If you enter into a bespoke agreement we will source your property in between 14-30 days.

7. What areas do you cover for property sourcing?
Our properties are primarily located in Liverpool. Although we are able to source properties throughout the North West through our bespoke agreements.
